Neo Xperiences joins the 6th class of the Paris & CO TREMPLIN programme
Le Tremplin, the prestigious platform for encouraging innovation in sport, supported by the Paris economic development and innovation agency Paris&Co, has selected NeoXperiences from 122 applicants to join its 6th promotion alongside 13 other start-ups, the future nuggets of SportTech.

Every year for the past 6 years, the Tremplin jury has been selecting start-ups that are putting innovation and technology at the service of tomorrow’s sport. These companies will benefit from the guidance and support of the Tremplin’s many partners. The selection is based on a number of criteria, including the innovative nature of the concept, its economic potential and ability to create jobs, and the potential for international dissemination of the innovation.

NeoXperiences is revolutionising the sports and entertainment market by contributing to well-being through physical activity, reconnecting people with reality by sharing experiences, and educating or raising awareness through gamification. The company, based in Caen, is developing immersive, interactive playgrounds to offer fun, user-friendly sports experiences that are accessible to all, and that use new technologies to give people a renewed taste for physical activity.

The health crisis and confinement have led to a sharp drop in sporting activity and a growing awareness of the need to develop new, attractive and fun ways of approaching sport. The innovation proposed by NeoXperiences provides a relevant response to the societal challenges linked to health, well-being and the need to engage in regular physical activity.

Boris Courté, founder of NeoXperiences, comments: “The entire NeoXperiences team is proud and delighted to be part of the 2020 springboard class. We look forward to working with major companies, institutions and other start-ups on a common challenge: developing innovation in the sports sector to meet the major challenges of today and tomorrow.”

Charles Frémont, director of Le Tremplin, added: “NeoXperiences won over our jury with an innovative technological solution that encourages and diversifies the practice of sport. The play areas developed by NeoXperiences, halfway between sport and video games, give everyone the chance to renew their sporting experience, whatever their age or level of fitness. It’s a vision that matches Le Tremplin’s ambition: to encourage the development of technological innovations that benefit the world of sport and enhance its appeal.
